Product Details

The 10gm High Speed Camphor Packing Machine is a unit that uses stainless steel and an automatic mechanical form-fill-seal process. It packs camphor into 10 g pouches at a high rate of speed - this machine ensures that the products remain whole plus that the seals in the center are straight and tidy. For power the unit uses a 1 HP motor that operates on a 230 V single phase supply. With dimensions of 500 × 800 × 1600 mm, the machine is small enough to occupy little floor space. To provide exact amounts of the product, the system includes a multi head weigher. It is capable of producing 1 500 pouches every hour but also it reaches a maximum rate of 60 PPM. Due to the construction from stainless steel that is resistant to wear, the machine is easy for operators to clean and to maintain. As a result the unit is appropriate for use in production lines that are small or medium in size as well as run without stopping. By using a mechanical FFS design and a sealing assembly that functions consistently, the machine forms pouches or creates seals on laminated films that do not break easily.
