Description

Auger Filler Protein Powder / Whey Protein Machine is a semi-automatic pouch packing system engineered for precise dosing and center sealing of protein and whey protein powders. The machine creates approximately 1000 pouches every hour - it uses a rotating screw to fill the containers so that the weights are the same and the user loses very little material. To operate the system requires 440 V plus a motor that provides 1 Hp. Due to the 650 kg base, the unit does not shake much and can work without stopping in facilities that produce food or health products. On the center of the film, the machine forms a seal to make small bags that do not leak - those bags are useful for selling protein powders but also health supplements in stores. When the machine processes powders that cling to surfaces, it prevents dust from forming. As a result the area where workers pack the products stays clean and the outside of the pouches looks clear.
