Auger Filler Talcum Powder (Body Powder) Machine is a semi-automatic packing system engineered for precise dosing and center sealing of sticky body powder products. To ensure a production rate of 1000 pouches per hour, this machine uses an auger filler and a sealing unit - those components work together so that packs remain intact plus the amount of product that the system wastes is low. It is necessary to use a 440 V power supply for the 1 Hp motor. Because the frame weighs 650 kg, the machine does not vibrate and remains functional over long periods of continuous use. For the packaging of talcum but also sticky powders, the system is efficient. In this process the mechanism keeps fill volumes the same and ensures that little dust or powder falls into the area around the machine.
