Product Details

Incline Elevator Machine is an automatic belt-type conveying system designed for vertical and inclined transfer of bulk materials in industrial plants. By using this system, people can move products that weigh as much as 2 tons. It carries items from machines that are low to machines that are higher in the production line. To prevent delays and limit the amount of work people do by hand, the machine moves items automatically. In the construction of the frame, the manufacturers use stainless steel because this metal resists corrosion and is easy to clean. For the support of the load, the belt has buckets that consist of mild steel. As it runs on a 240 V and 50 Hz electrical supply, the performance of the system is consistent. It is easy to connect this unit to the control panels and the other machines in the factory. Due to the small size of the frame, it fits into limited spaces. Because the frame has a blue coating, it has a finished appearance. On a daily basis the machine runs without stopping - this allows the system to process a specific amount of material when the environment is difficult.
